Getinge’s Experience Center Brisbane is now up and running. This purpose built knowledge hub offers customers in Australia and New Zealand hands-on opportunities to experience our product and solution portfolio and the value it brings to health care providers.
The center offers a Central Supply Department (CSD), a main operating room (OR) and training facility and can accommodate up to 20 visitors per day.
“We now have a wonderful facility to showcase our wide range of capabilities to our customers. We are looking forward to running the facility at full capacity with demonstrations and training programs for customers and teams,” says Jaylea Strauch, President Getinge Australia & New Zealand.
The OR features Variop walls with integrated viewing screens and control touch screens. It is also fitted with Getinge’s latest pendants and lights along with large 4K touch screens running the latest versions of our myMedis and INSIGHT software.
“We can also include our OR tables and the range of anesthesia machines. The entire room, including room cameras, microphones and data projector have been integrated through the TEGRIS software. This allows us to demonstrate our integration expertise as well as the recording of training events,” Simon Donohoe, Director Getinge Academy ANZ and IWS Market Development explains.
The Infection Control solutions include sterilizers, heat sealer, endoscope storage and reprocessor, drying cabinet, washer disinfector, water pre-treatment system and the sterile supply workflow software T-DOC.
