The Alexandria Society of Anesthesia and Intensive Care (ASAIC) conference stands as a premier healthcare event in Egypt. It is renowned for its informative scientific sessions and gathering of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). Held in the picturesque city of Alexandria, this year's conference took place from September 20th to 21st, attracting around 800 healthcare professionals.
This year, our partner AEO proudly served as the Platinum sponsor, reaffirming our commitment to advancing healthcare in Egypt.
Our presence at ASAIC was truly noteworthy. We boasted the largest booth in the exhibition area, where we displayed a comprehensive range of our products, including Flow-c, Servo-n, and Servo-c. Banners showcasing our products adorned all major sessions and our meeting area was buzzing with engagement.
A highlight of the conference was the launch of the Servo-c. We hosted a successful launch symposium during the conference sessions, attracting over 50 attendees. Our booth also drew considerable traffic, with 20-25 daily product demonstrations to Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) from across Egypt.
Getinge made its mark with two impactful presentations during the scientific sessions of the conference, led by Dr. Mohamed Koriesh, our Therapy Development Manager. The "Servo-c: Care with Confidence" symposium and the lecture on "ARDS Servo Ventilation Tools" were well-received and added to the knowledge-sharing atmosphere of the event.
A vital component of our success at ASAIC was our proactive networking efforts. Fadi Ghazal, our ACT Sales Director, and Hosam Nasef, our CC Senior Product Manager, forged connections with Heads of Departments (HODs) and KOLs from nearly every Egyptian university and hospital. This outreach reinforced our commitment to fostering collaboration and sharing expertise.
