Due to the inaccessibility inside the Libyan market, we established a new support system for Assada, our distributor in Libya.
In collaboration with our partner in Egypt (Servomed), we organized a service & consumables training for 3 service engineers from Assada.
Main purpose of this training was to educate and boost the confidence of Assada in their upcoming installations adding on top of that a general overview on our Cons. portfolio and the recurrent revenue behind it.
The 3 days training consisted of field & reference sites in order for them to get a flair of what a fully functional CSSD looks like. The theoretical sessions were included as well in the program and held by our service engineer Nader Sultan.
