Sales and Service Trainings - Q1 2024

During the first quarter of 2024, a series of comprehensive training sessions were conducted for our esteemed distributors, underscoring our commitment to fostering excellence and proficiency within our network. These sessions, meticulously designed to enhance product knowledge, refine sales techniques, and fortify customer engagement, were facilitated by seasoned industry professionals.

Kicking off this educational endeavor was the Cardiac Surgery Training held on the 3rd of February 2024 at the Holiday Inn Dubai Science Park. Charles Merchant led the session, which garnered significant interest with a total of 12 registrations. Among the attendees were representatives from prominent distributors such as Mediproz, KSC, HCD, Surgical Innovations, alongside delegates from Getinge.

Continuing our dedication to equipping distributors with specialized skills, the Cardiac Assist Training ensued from February 6th to 9th, orchestrated by the esteemed Linda Veale. Held at the Holiday Inn Dubai Science Park, this immersive training attracted 10 participants, including delegates from Alphamed, MediTrading, Taiba, Raymand Rad, Mediquip, Mediland, and Mediproz, in addition to the representation from KSC and HCD.

The momentum of learning persisted with the Surgical Workplaces Training, which took place on February 28th and 29th at our state-of-the-art Getinge Training Centre in Dubai Healthcare City. Led by 3 trainers, Rafal Szymkowski, Product Support Manager; Darine Antoun, Product Specialist; and Fatma Nasr, Tender Specialist, this intensive program delved into a comprehensive range of topics, encompassing product knowledge, quotation and configuration planning, sales techniques, customer engagement strategies, market analysis, role-playing exercises, and team-building activities, culminating in a convivial dinner at Topgolf Dubai.

In line with our unwavering commitment to infection control, a specialized training session was conducted on March 4th and 5th at our Getinge Training Centre in Dubai Healthcare City. Helmed by industry veterans Sherif Ibrahim, Key Account Manager, and Waleed Aboulwafa, Product Manager, this session provided invaluable insights into CSSD and instrument workflow, consultation services, digitization of CSSD processes, disinfection and sterilization concepts, and distributor engagement.

Parallelly, service training initiatives were conducted to empower our partners with the requisite expertise. In February, the focus was on Solsus + Aquadis for French-speaking Africa, while March saw a dedicated session on Aquadis for MENEA. Additionally, critical care training sessions were conducted for the SERVO-family from February 26th to March 1st, followed by the FLOW Family from March 4th to March 8th.
