Getinge’s Experience Center concept symbolizes a focus on comprehensive solutions and customer service. Visitors can go there to boost their knowledge by participating in hands-on educational programs that help achieve maximum workflow efficiency using Getinge’s solutions for cardiovascular procedures, intensive care, operating rooms and sterile reprocessing.
Last year was a busy year with high activities in all centers; Rastatt (Germany), Wayne, (USA), Singapore, Tokyo (Japan) and Shanghai (China). In Rastatt specifically, some of the biggest highlights were the inauguration of an updated acute care section and a brand new Hybrid OR with imaging solutions from Philips.
“Except of the people who come to our Experience Center, we also have many visitors who take a virtual tour using our 360 degree tool. Given the changes we decided to update the tool to give everyone the same opportunity to see the latest updates,” says Stephanie Bertsch who is managing the Experience Center in Rastatt.
Stephanie adds:
“You don’t get the full experience that you do in the facilities of course, it’s more of a glimpse. But wherever in the world you might be located the 360 degree tool is a great way to get an understanding of our portfolio and learn more before actually coming to the Experience Center.”
